REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR TRAVELING ABROAD:
Adults and Minors: You must travel with a valid ID card or passport and present it upon request by local authorities.
Animals: Animals crossing the border must be registered in the country of origin and travel with their own EU passport. Dog tickets:
- 50% of the 2nd class ticket price must be paid.
- Dogs can only be placed on seats in suitable containers. Contact booking to issue the ticket.
- Small dogs, up to 30 cm tall at the withers and traveling in pet carriers, baskets, or other suitable containers, can be transported free of charge in the cars as hand luggage.

- Ticket cancellations and changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the ticket validity by contacting our booking office by mail (info@treninorosso.it).
- Cancellation/modification fees: €10.00 per person.
- We recommend arriving at the station at least 25-30 minutes before departure to allow time to find your seats.
