When they want to take their trip, they will need to contact our booking office in advance by writing to info@treninorosso.it
It is advisable to contact us well in advance in order to best meet your needs.
Only one booking can be made. After the reservation, change of date and change of name are not allowed.
In exceptional cases it will be possible to make a request and, if admissible, the expenses for the modification of the booking will be quantified.
Gift vouchers with overnight stays may not be usable during public holidays and long weekends and during periods of closure of the accommodation facilities or means of transport.
Swiss Boxes are valid for 12 months and can be extended for a further 12 months with an additional €20.00.
